Strength:
100m Weighted Walking Lunge (45/25)
*you may hold the weight any way you want*
*You can use plates, DBs, KBs, Bars or med balls*
*weight cannot touch/rest on ground at any time*

WOD:
200m run
21- Burpees
400m run
15- Burpees
800m run
9-  Burpees
