"Bear Complex"
Complete 7 sets of the following sequence;
1) Power Clean
2) Front Squat
3) Push Press
4) Back Squat
5) Push Press
2) Front Squat
3) Push Press
4) Back Squat
5) Push Press
Note- Completion of all 5 movements = 1 rep! 7 reps = 1 round!
Complete 5 rounds with rest in between each round. Add weight each round. Find max load you can do for 7 reps without any rest on the ground.
