Finish Strong CrossFit Coaches Donavon "DBO" Ruiz and his younger Bro Chris Ruiz will soon be heading to San Antonio to compete in the 2013 CrossFit South Central Regional. Less than 2 percent of individuals are qualified for Regionals worldwide and these young men worked hard and busted butt to get there!!! They are two of the the four individual men representing the NOLA area, the only Slidell reps and the ONLY Brothers competing in the South Central Regional! We wish them all the luck and hope to see them heading to the Open by the end of the weekend. Go get 'em guys, as we cheer you on!! Now 3-2-1 Go!
